Education and Continuing Education
- Doctorate of Dental Surgery – State University of New York at Buffalo, 1979
- General Practice Residency – Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ
In the past 35 years, I have completed thousands of hours of continuing education, most recently from Glidewell Laboratories, an industry leader in TMJ bite splint fabrication. I keep abreast of the latest technological advances in dentistry by routinely reading and attending continuing education courses.
I am very proud to be a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD). I earned this distinctive title in 1989 upon completing over 500 continuing education credit hours and passing a comprehensive exam.
Outside the Office
I was born in Brooklyn, NY but grew up in Queens. I raised my family in southern New Jersey, just outside of Atlantic City. I now reside in Williamsburg, and I am excited to be a part of this community. My wife, Maureen, is a registered nurse. We have three adult sons, two daughters-in-law, and two beautiful grandchildren: Jacob and Lily. Our Yorkie, Molly, is our full-of-energy little kid.
Spending time with my wife and visiting family and friends brings me the most joy. To help maintain my overall sense of well-being, I work out at the gym six days a week. I’m an avid reader, love to go to the movies, and have become tech savvy in this age of information. Rest, relaxation, and vacations are an important and necessary part of my well-being.
I am passionate about life, and in doing my part to improve it not just for me but for others as well. I am grateful that I am able to help my patients achieve a pain-free life.
